We will work closely with our clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements, and coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and the overall event experience. We will ensure that everything is executed smoothly, allowing clients to enjoy the event without stress.

Small groups (under 200)- $175/hr.
Large groups (over 200)- $300/hr.
Event Management
As your event manager, Bailar360 will oversee the logistics and execution of an event, ensuring everything runs efficiently on the day of the event. We will be responsible for coordinating vendors, managing staff, supervising the schedule, and addressing any issues that arise in real-time. Our Event Manager will focus on ensuring that the event meets the client's vision and runs smoothly from start to finish.
Price for Services
Small groups (under 200) are a flat rate - $500- $2000
Large groups (over 200) are a flat rate - $3000- $8000.
360 Video Services
Bailar360 offers a one-of-a-kind way to capture memories at any event. Using a mini drone, this experience creates dynamic, 360-degree video footage of guests as they interact with custom backdrops and enjoy an immersive experience. The drone smoothly captures unique angles and cinematic shots, while guests can instantly share their videos via social media or messaging apps. Special effects like slow motion and boomerang add an extra fun element, making the video truly unforgettable.

Large groups (over 200) - $1200 for 3 hours.
